How often should I change the transmission fluid on a 03 Honda Accord V6? I heard that I should change it every 15,000 miles, but others have told me that every 30,000 miles is fine too.

I am a long time tech. Maintaining Hondas is my specialty. I have had several Accords with over 300,000 miles on them three of which had the original transmission. My recommendation is changing the three quarts you drain and fill every 25-30,000 miles. That is the interval i used on mine and have had excellent service. I hope you find this helpful.

With the modern transmission fluid, every 30,000 miles seems fine if you have a transmission that is fairly clean and has not built up dirt, but do stay on top of maintaining your transmission. My V6's went out at 95,000 miles, probably due to a lack of maintenance that I was not aware of, so don't forget this crucial maintenance step to save thousands of dollars in repairs!
