Hey Scotty!!!!!!! I have a 05 Corolla with 117,000 miles automatic transmission . I love this but about 3 months ago I was short on rent and I needed to pay it asap so I removed the catalytic converter and got 300$ for it. I really feel bad doing it because my car didn’t deserve that. I live in Mexico and they don’t do smog checks here. Will my car run and function normally if I never replace the catalytic converter or can that be a problem in the future? Car is always serviced in time too.

The only thing you need to worry about is the check engine light saying insignificant cat warm up and the o2 sensors you should put on some o2 fouler's.
