Hello, my wife's Rav4 (awd) when pointed nose down a hill and trying to reverse up the hill make a clunking noise when reverse engages. So when stopped on a hill in reverse, I will press the gas pedal and the engine will rev up then there will be a clunk noise and the car will move. It's like the transmission is taking a second to catch up to the engine speed.

How many miles on the car and when was the last time you changed the ATF?
115000 and 60k was when it was changed last
Have the transmission scanned by a pro.
