I have an issue my starting my car intermentily doesn’t respond and sometimes cranks and doesn’t work, got my battery checked no issue alternator checked no issues, starter motor or something else I don’t know about(people who replaced starter motor has same issue). No codes

That's irrelevant. I know this sounds old fashioned but if you have two people have one guy hit the starter with a hammer while the other guy turn the key. If the car starts using this method you have a bad starter.
