I have an 08 Hyundai Elantra with 130,000 miles. When I hold my wheel straight, the car has a moderate drift to the right. When I let go on the wheel, it jolts about 5 to 10 degrees clockwise and the car drifts even further to the right. I changed my front outer tie rods, front sway bar links, and got a professional alignment, but it still drifts. I bought the car with 90,000 miles and didn't notice the drift until about 110,000 miles. Could it be a bent frame?
make sure it's not just a banked road.
jack up the car, and see if the brakes or bearings are dragging.

Forgot to mention that I changed the break pads when I did my tie rods and they were wearing pretty unevenly. Haven't noticed any issues that would be derived from the bearings, but I haven't physically checked those out.
