[Solved] 09 CRV Doors & Hatch dont open. Stuck Locked. Made In Japan

Scotty, you helped me with my 05 Camry. I'm hoping you can help my mother. As she's a people mechanic a.k.a RN. She bought her 09 CRV for 6000$ in 2018 with 148,000 miles with the 2.5l AWD. About 8 months ago her rear right passenger door actuator stopped locking/unlocking, but you could still manually lock/unlock & open the door.
I saw Honda recalled it. She contacted Honda & they told her that year wasn't apart of the recall, typical. When I visited from Detroit, the condominium community in NJ she lives in gave me a hassle about replacing my Camry's axle in the parking lot, even though I got no fluids on the lot & cleaned up the area beyond my mess. so I wasn't so eager to drive there to do the one repair on the lock actuator myself. Recently the passenger front/rear door are stuck locked & you can't open the doors. Same for the hatch. I saw how to release the hatch online for repair.
I -can- buy all three actuators cheap aftermarket for 100$ as that's what I can afford, drive there & risk doing the repair with her condo community ticketing -her- for me doing it.

However I feel Honda should honor it's recall, as this is unsafe!
- It's 12 years old. I've owned 20 year old Honda's with working electric locks.
- This one is made in Japan & is AWD via VSA
- She is a district school nurse & has to be able to get to work in a mountain region that snows
- I'm worried all will fail & she will get locked in her car & have to climb out the window.
   God forbid those fail too!
She can't afford 300$ per door (900$ total) mechanics in her area want, so I'm at the point of doing it myself.
I saw in your one video you mentioned the Japanese care about their cars. Especially ones made in Japan. It's the fat cat dealers that give us the run around. Paraphrasing of course. If you can do anything or contact anyone @ Honda about this recall, I'd be grateful & so would she. She tried telling the dealership it's unsafe & she has my kid sister who is 12 riding in it & they still wouldn't do anything. Has me pretty mad.
I can provide you more information in a more private forum.

Well unfortunate I don't know anyone at Honda you might write the Japanese though I had a customer in Houston right the Japanese people of Honda and they ended up fixing stuff free

You are stuck.  Automakers won't touch anything that old without a forced recall.

It is common for older Honda lock actuators to fail though.  They know it.
