A few weeks ago my bud and i fixed an abs wire on my 06 highlander by taking the rear seats out and plugging a new section of wire. However after this my car's 12 V outlets stopped working entirely, even after grounding them again and checking fuses to make sure they're ok (they are). What else could be the issue? Could the ground connection be loose? Did a wire break somehow?

Well, get out of meet her and test the word and you can see if the wiring is broken or if the ground isn't working anymore a digital meter will do that very quickly
I figured it out, there was a second fuse panel under a storage cubby near the steering wheel and a fuse was blown there
