The key cylinder in the rear hatch of my 2014 4Runner does not work. The key will go in and turn but it will not lock or unlock the door or roll the window. The hatch lock works with the key fob and buttons in the cab. The key cylinders in all other doors work properly just not the rear hatch.
Any suggestions?

Yeah you need a new rear hatch lock assembly. Nobody fixes them. And of course you end up with a different key too. If you want to reuse the same key go to locksmith maybe they can figure a way a cutting it so that it work with that lock. Or if you buy another lock they could change the lock internals so that your old key would work
