15 fiesta 175000 when I shift into higher gears the engine stays reved up after I let up off the gas with the clutch in. Comes down after a while. No codes. Also have a intermittent under dash actuator gear noise. Passenger side. Sounds like I need to program the ecu. Where would I go to get latest and greatest?

Start with a clutch you need a new clutch your clutch is just worn out
Just put a new clutch in it its the engine that stays reved up while disconnected.

Check your idle control valve and wiring.
