I keep getting a Service Advance Trac error message while driving my 2016 Ford Fusion with 1.5 liter Ecoboost 4 cylinder with 120,000 miles. Ford replaced the long block last October. It’s becoming more and more frequent. When the message pops up the steering stiffens up and the ABS light comes on as well as “traction control” and “traction control off” lights. They eventually shut off but then inevitably come back on. Any idea what’s going on?
You have a problem with your traction control system.

As you discovered the engines are not so great in those cars either, but this is a different problem.
