Hello,
I been having transmission fluid leaking from the Transmission Selector Shaft Seal. My mechanic has tried changing the seal twice but each time it’s changed it starts leaking again when I start switching from Park to Reverse to Drive it gets disturbed and the fluid starts leaking from the shaft seal again. Could it be that the shaft itself needs replacing or what do you think the issue could be?

Share the shafts wearing and they leak that old things get worn

Sounds like its worn from age. If you really want to stop it, you can replace the shaft itself but that depends on if you want to pay that much to stop a small leak.

No seal in the world will stop a leak if the shaft/bushing is worn out.
