1988 Toyota Camry 2.0 (3sfe) Only 1 fan works when the engine gets hot.

  1. The cooling fan does turn on but the condenser fan does not turn. Could it be a faulty cooling fan switch that is connected to the thermostat?

That's an old fan, disconnect it and power it with 12 volts, does it work?  I assume the ac works under speed and the compressor clutch is activating?

The Condenser fan (driver side) does work with 12v , I already tested it and works
But this fan never worked when the engine get hot nor when the ac is turn on.

The cooling fan (passenger side) only works when the gets hot and also when the ac turns on
