I removed the second row bucket seats and the third row bench seat to save on gas expenses, and for better power. The seats must weigh 500 pounds! My question is will the car be safe to drive without all that weight? Do I have to be more careful on wet, slippery roads?

it's a van so there should be enough weight on the rear wheels. If it fishtails then add weight back.
