Been think about buying the car in the title above, it has about 96k miles on it and ima go see the vehicle in person soon, it's a rear wheel drive I believe and I'm just wondering if I should, if it's a waste of money etc. Don't know much about car models and reliability, I just really like the look of it and I'm gonna do research to make sure it's running well when I see it, looking for advice
Wouldn't you need to obtain a Boat Captain Operator's license to drive one of these? For a low enough price, it might be a lot of fun.
They were good cars in their day but that was a long time ago. Price? Dealer or private party? The low mileage, while possible, is suspect. (That's less than 3000 miles/year.) Daily driver or weekend toy? Are you able to deal with the needs of a car that's over 30 years old? Can you work on it yourself? It doesn't have modern diagnostics and most mechanics today won't want to touch it.
Maybe you could join a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft to help pay for the gas that thing will guzzle.
