Well, what are you looking to get out of the car? Toy on the weekends, or an everyday driver? That car's 33 years old at this point. I would strongly caution not being an everyday driver, it's so old, things are going to break down from it being as old as the hills. They were much more durable than any Cadillac is now, but it's definitely past its prime.
Checking for vacuum leaks is the No. 1 priority if the hardware is all original. You might want to just replace all vacuum lines, if they are. Everything else is just wear and tear.
If you're in an area that has salted winter roads you need to be concerned about rust.
