2000 Excursion Cruise Control inoperable

I have a 2000 Ford Excursion, V10 4x4, with 292,390 miles. When I try to engage the cruise control, I get nothing, no light on the dash, nor does it operate. I have replaced the switch gear, the deactivator switch on the master cylinder, both hub assemblies, wheels speed sensors, and even the brake light switch. All fuses are good, and the proper amperage. Now I have gone through the cruise control self diagnosis process, and it's still telling me the deactivator switch on the master cylinder is bad, is it possible I have a wiring issue? This truck is a Texas, rust free truck, and I'm really trying to figure this out

Well, if you used OEM parts I would assume either the wiring harness is a problem or the computer module cuz the computer module can do wacky things like that. But I'd say test the integrity of the wiring first with an ohmmeter
