If I put lucas stop slip additive in my transmission without needing it, will it hurt my transmission?

I would not put any additive in your transmission if not experiencing any problems. The so called "stop slip" type additives are temporary bandaids that may or many not work to give relief from a transmission problem. They are best used when the only other option is the junkyard.

If I already did what is the worse case scenario?

Worst case scenario would be that the additive is not compatible with the fluid used in your transmission and starts causing problems. The way "stop slip" additives generally work is to increase the viscosity of the fluid which increases pressures and can help provide additional grip on worn friction surfaces. Modern transmissions tend not to like that sort of thing.

You'd have to check with the additive manufacturer for claimed compatibility information. Chances are that Ford/Lincoln would say not to use any additives unless they offer their own.

Ok so I put the lucas stop slip before I knew I didn't need it. I have not driven it very much maybe 50 miles. Can I just drain and refill with new Trans fluid?

Yes

Why do my rpm's run high when I go over 40 miles an hour. It feels like the engine is being forced stays at about 2000 rpm? 2015 Lincoln mkx.

2,000 rpm isn't high

The reving feels forced and it typically drops under 2000 rpm. I have another lincoln similar model and rpms rev at about 1500 when I'm cruising 30-40 mph. I had the catalytic checked out and it's 100. Could this be fuel or water pump related?

Engines have different torque bands, depending on the individual engine, and there's a host of different factors. Engine size, displacement, overhead valves with one camshaft vs dual overhead camshafts... 2,000 RPMs is about right for cruising around. When you're pushing 3,000+ RPMs and the engine is struggling to maintain speed in lower gears, that transmission would probably be slipping.

Why does the engine vibration loud it feels forced?

Your grammar is hard to interpret.

No, it's been circulated. All of the transmission fluid doesn't come out of the transmission when you change it. The torque converter retains most of what's left in the transmission. A transmission fluid pump pumps the fluid so it can be cooled down, via an offshoot in the radiator. You can try to change it a few times to get the majority of it out, but some will still remain.

Why would you think the fuel system or water pump would have anything to do with the transmission?
