I got a 1994 Ford F-350 5.8 EFI Crew Cab. Sometimes on start up, it will idle very rough, as if it has a vacuum leak, but only does it very intermittently when starting it up. Sometimes it will do it, and then idle normally after a second or two. Sometimes it won’t even do it, and just start up fine. It does startup and run very well in the cold (I’m in CT). I’ve changed MAP sensor and ICM. Should I test those again to see if one of those parts went wrong (they were both Chinese pieces of crap)? Please help, love this truck and want to make it run beautifully. Only has 95,000 original miles. Was a graveyard truck for State of New York.

They might be the source of your issue. Always use OEM parts for sensors.
