Help! I have a noise when decelerating in my 1994 Toyota 4Runner. I had a shop put a used transmission in it now it runs and drives but makes a weird noise. I attached a link. What could it be and am I able to drive it? https://photos.app.goo.gl/aQDRSVkphNmCW8WN9
I just bought the truck for $500 and want it as a camping vehicle. Nothing too crazy. Thanks!

I should add, it makes this noise even when I'm in neutral.
