1995 Chevy s-10 clutch issue

95 Chevy s10 2.2ltr w/ 212,000 mi. Manual trans. Clutch pedal when applied has pressure , master cylinder reservoir is full  but won't shift gears. Also when vehicle is OFF clutch pedal applied still has pressure and is able to shift into gears but when in gear and pedal is applied the vehicle wi not roll. Do u have any idea what problem may be

Odds are you going to have to pull the transmission put a new clutch assembly in don't just replace one or two parts get a clutch kit and replace them all

Check to make sure the clutch slave cylinder is working correctly.  Have someone operate the clutch while you observe the movement of the clutch pivot fork on the side of your trans.  If it's not moving or moving only a little, you need a new slave cylinder or an adjustment of the push rod at the clutch pedal.
