Hi Scotty!

I have a 1996 Mazda B4000 LE that is running very rich. I can see black smoke and soot coming out the tailpipe. I’ve replaced the MAF, air filter, spark plugs, wires, coil pack, coolant temperature sensor and all three oxygen sensors. Everything except the injectors and ECU. Someone told me it sounds like a vacuum leak but I thought vacuum leaks cause the car to run lean not rich. I can’t remember exactly what the codes said but the only two on there say the O2 sensors all detect the air/fuel mixture is too rich. Thanks!

What something at all off and can be leaking fuel injectors or a leaking fuel pressure regulator. Off in the regular just go bad on those for my experience
