1998 Ford Mustang 3.8L Automatic 180k miles
I basically replaced all the fuel components. Pump, filter, fuel pressure regulator, injectors. Ran fine for a day now Im not getting any power to my fuel pump and obviously no pressure to the rail. No blown fuses and I swapped relays to test them all seem to be good. Its cranking but not firing up. Any advice or possible solutions would be helpful. Thanks!
It's time to test the Constant Control Relay Module (CCRM)
You need to see if Power is being provided to the CCRM, and if the computer is providing a Ground to the CCRM to energize the fuel pump relay and if the CCRM's fuel pump relay is outputting Power to the fuel pump.

And you can troubleshoot this circuit with a cheap test light.
Here's the circuit.
The fuses necessary are Fuse 18 (20 amp) ((Hot in Start or Run)) in the instrument panel fuse box.
Fuses EEC (20 amp) and Fuel Pump (20 amp) ((Both are Hot At All Times)) in the Engine Compartment Fuse Box.
Here's that part:

If those check out OK it's time to test the Power and Ground pins on the CCRM.
Here's the pinout map.
You can match up the connector pin numbers and the wire colors with the above wiring diagram.

Grab a straight pin from your wife's sewing basket to pierce the wires.
There needs to be Power in Key positions Run or Start on Pin 13.
There needs to be Power Always on Pins 8, 10, and 11.
You know how the fuel pump is energized for a couple of seconds when you turn the Key to Run, so in those couple seconds there needs to be Ground from the PCM on Pin 18 and Power on Pin 5.
Of course don't forget to disconnect that connector to the CCRM to look for corrosion or any damage that may be causing a bad connection to the module.
Use Liquid Electrical Tape to cover the holes you made with the straight pin when you're done with your troubleshooting test.
Thank you very much for the info! I had a mechanic buddy of mine come out today and run some tests on the electrical fuses and relays, all seem to be good. He even tried jumping the fuel pump with no success. The pump is dead! (2nd brand new pump in the past 2-3 weeks). On Sunday hes testing the wiring on the assembly to see what keeps killing the pump being I only replaced the pump and not the entire assembly. Ill pass along all this information to him and keep you posted.
If putting Power directly to the Fuel Pump doesn't work make sure your buddy checks Ground Point G300
.
Ground Point Location:
G300 (Coupe) Below rear of center console
.
and Splice S403
.
Splice Location:
S403 Body main harness, near T/O to C445
.
((C445 (Coupe) Remote/Keyless Entry Connector LH side of trunk, taped to harness))
Will do thank you sir!
Thanks for all the feedback greatly appreciated! Its been a while since I been on. So it turned out to be one of the wires for my fuel pump was bad and needed to be respliced. Now the car fires up perfectly fine no weird noises or odd smells. Idles perfectly fine. once it reached operating temperature I took it for a test drive and it fell on its face sputtering, struggling to stay running tried to give it some gas and got hardly any if no acceleration then it just died out. Electricity/power still works. Let it cool down for 30min does the exact same thing. Completely lost 🤷🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
Thanks for your feedback. I suggest you open a new topic for your question to get better help, and describe the situation with as much details as possible
