1998 GMC Jimmy V-6 4.3-overheating especially when AC used, heater doesn't work, changed out radiator, flushed system, changed thermostat, minor condensation in oil but no froth, no significant loss of coolant; still no heat and engine over heating.

How old is the water pump? Impeller might be loose or corroded. You might also want to check coolant for exhaust gases (blown head gasket).

Your heater core can be clogged/bad. You might even have air in the system. Try bleeding it and see if that helps

Take a look at your radiator cap, the fan clutch and the temp sending unit for proper function.  On a vehicle this old, I'll bet the fan clutch is shot.
