HELLLOOOoO scotty! I have a 1998 honda civic with a d15 engine. It has a moving timing belt and it is loose. Im unsure whether it is the belt tensioner or the crank case bolt that could be messed up. I am a little stuck on it and i don't want to drive it because it could mess up the engine if it falls off. Thanks.

It is likely not the bolt. How loose is it? Can you turn it more than half way (make the bottom of the belt face the nose of the car) like I said on your other post... just do the whole timing job with the component kit and it will likely solve your problem. It likely needs to be done anyways because of the age of the car.
