Hey guys my car is a 1999 gmt-400 obs chevy 2500 ls and i have a issue with my headlights when i have the steering wheel adjusted all the way up my headlights work if i have them adjusted in any other position they shut off. So i was wondering could it be a short and if so how do i fix it thank you

You have an electric short and you need to find it. It can be a headache.
