No start after sitting for months

I have a 1999 Lexus GS 300 that after sitting for a few months won't start. Even after changing the battery, the car won't start, it will only crank and sound like it will start but won't actually start. I have taken it to my mechanic and he checked out multiple parts of the car and replaced them but none of it was the issue. Finally he thought it was the car's ECU. I had a new ECU reprogrammed into the car but it is still running into the same issue. The original code that was showing up with the old ECU was P1300 Igniter Circuit #1 which my mechanic said wasn't the issue and the same code is showing up with the new ECU. Took it to a second and third mechanic who also have no idea what is wrong with the car. My original mechanic did check the spark and fuel pressure and he said both were fine. Even though it is an old car it only has 60,000 miles on it so I really want to get it fixed. Any input would be great. Thank you.

swap the #1 coil with another one

Seems like all your "mechanics" can't figure out a bad coil.  You said they checked out and replaced multiple parts.  What were they?  Do what @mmj said and try swapping the coil to see if the misfire moves.
