High Scotty I have a lexus sc300 inlined 6 vvti with 235000 miles recently the water pump seal went out and I leaked all my coolant while driving and over heated i drove it home like thatafter it cooled ever since then my car got louder no ticking or knocks but the idle is higher and Im scared to floor it I drive this car hard it is a race car please help

You may end up with blown headagasket. Check it out.

The quicker you diagnose what’s wrong or damaged, the cheaper it may be to fix it.
