Any problems regarding having 2 summers on the front and 2 AS on the rear?

Weird at-limit or wet weather handling characteristics (less grip on rear, relative to the front).

Is your ABS working - more tendency to lock up rears in a panic stop.

Tires are cheap compared to body work on your car or yourself.

It's never a good idea to run on different tires on each wheel. They will most likely wear differently. Like @glen_stet said you might encounter problems with ABS. Mismatched tires can also put stress on your suspension and braking system. Its best to get set of quality tires as a permanent solution.

I'm getting all answers up here in Canada it's fine to drive AS & Summers. For now on my FWD Civic I've got the original Summers on the back and an inherited more tread summers on the front. My plan: drive the backs till there near finished then sell what's remaining on the front one's and invest in 4 brand new all seasons (Continental/Perilli/Michellin).

Yes its perfectly fine to drive on different tires, but your suspension and breaking system will have different stress loads and that can lead to premature wear on those components. Its not a drastic impact but its something to think about. Since your already planing on buying a set of new tires as a permanent solution I wouldn't worry about anything. Best of luck!
