2011 honda accord v6 238k miles auto tranny no codes. Makes a clicking noise appears to come from engine. How do I eliminate noise while car is on? Yesterday I added bottle high mileage rislone to crank case. Seems to drive ok. Occasionally I reach  speeds of 115 mph . I drive to work 32 miles one way ave speed about 65 mph.

It's really difficult to diagnose the clicking noise you're hearing so if you're really concerned about it then have it checked out by a reputable mechanic.
I personally like Rislone products and I've seen their products quiet noisy lifters before.

It depends where it is coming from, odds are that your engine is wearing out.

Does the noise shows up only while idle? what about high RPMs (2000-3000)?

There is a low viscosity Locus oil, you can try pouring it after a fresh oil change

Sound like your engine is going out.

Baby that car sine rebuilding that one is pretty expensive.

It really depends on what the noise is. If it's just a minor valve tap, that is common in high-mileage engines equipped with hydraulic valve lifters. I've driven them for years that way with no problem.
