Hello, I'm looking to buy a 2000 Toyota Camry with 69,000 miles and a automatic transmission for around $3,500 is this a good deal and is this a reliable car for daily use?

If that actually is the real mileage and it hasn't been wreckedt or flooded that would be a great deal
