Have a 2000 Tundra with 96,000 miles and frame is in good shape and would like to keep this truck for a good while longer.  I do hav rust starting on fenders and wondering if anyone knows where I could have a very reputable shop repair? I'm between Providence RI and Worcester Ma. Was thinking about tackling myself but won't have the time until this winter.

As long as the frame underneath is fine, just live with it. Or, if you feel up to it, you can search for Toyota Tundras that haven't seen rust in junkyards. You'll probably pay a lot for shipping, but it's possible. Personally, I'd rather leave it. It's an old truck, rust is bound to happen, it's almost a rite of passing. Haha. It's only cosmetic damage. You won't hurt your resale value that much. Trucks are meant to haul stuff in, not admire for beauty.

It's not really worth repairing.

Just knock the rust off and hit it with some cosmoline, like the crc marine corrosion inhibitor. It dries to a thick wax and smothers rust, and will stick for a long time unless it is hit with a rock, or something. If you don't even have time for that, hit it with some fluid film or woolwax every now and then until you have time to deal with it better.
