so my grandmas 2001 honda accord coupe when you get out of reverse and put it in park it jerks then u push the gas then it jerks is it a tranny issue?

Well it could be but it could also be a broken motor or transmission mount or it could be the engine isn't running correctly that makes a jerk too but those do have relatively weak automatic transmissions
