Coolant loss, possible cracked head

I have a 2002 1500 Silverado with 215,000 miles bought it new. runs great. no rust. Its been using small amount coolant for years. never had any water in oil " milkshake" or bubbles in coolant reservoir. just started large puff of smoke at cold startup. removed PVC valve and hose for inspection, a little Milkshake was present, also water droplets on oil fill cap. I'm suspecting small crack in  head. I'm not going to do a head on a 215,000 mile engine. I'm thinking some type of sealer. "K Seal head sealer"

What product do you recommend to seal this cracked head? What is the long term success rate for the situation?

                                 Thank you

A replacement cylinder head.

No "sealer" is going to work long-term. They are temporary bandaids.

However you need to find the actual source of the problem rather than guessing. A first pass at that would be to pressure-test the cooling system and/or use UV dye to find any external leaks. You could also send an oil sample out to a lab for analysis to see if there is coolant present. What you are seeing could be from condensation.
