2002 Grand Cherokee Throwing all 4 O2 sensor Heater Circuit Sensor Codes

Assuming this is an electrical gremlin.  Would love to hear your thoughts.

2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Idles intermittently roughly, and once in awhile just shuts off.  Noticed a coolant leak under the radiator.  One of the coolant hoses (large upper) collapsed on itself a couple of times after the vehicle cooled down (like sucking in on a straw while plugging up the opposite end).  I replaced the radiator cap & that problem hasn't returned, but I still get a faint smell of coolant when the engine warms up.

Currently receiving the following codes:

P0135 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 1

P0141 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2

P0155 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Bank 2 Sensor 1

P0161 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Bank 2 Sensor 2

I have already checked the fuse box in the engine bay.  The fuse was intact but replaced it anyway.  🤓

Here is a video of all 4 O2 senser voltages.  Note occasionally 2X2 lags below in voltage to the rest.  But usually comes up eventually

Thanks for your help! - Corey
