Hi i have a 02 Tacoma TRD quad cab. 245k miles. I have never done anything major except timing belt. Ex. No head gaskets no trans service. I would like to have engine and transmission gone over and seals, gaskets etc taken care of. Can you give me ,say ,your top 5-7 things i should look in having done. No issues currently btw just want to keep it running well. AC has crapped out twice tho. Currently not working. Thx

I can tell you one thing not to do: change the ATF if you have automatic transmission. I wouldn't mess with engine itself if it runs fine.
