2002 toyota camry le right side mirror in not working properly, it cannot turn right it can go up, down, left but not right. How can i fix this?

I assume the left side mirror can move to the right, which means the switch is not the problem. If this is a foldable mirror, make sure it is in the normal position. Chances are the motor has a broken gear or wire. Should be cheap and easy to replace the mirror.
But first, make sure you don't have a wasp nest in there causing an obstruction!
