I have 218K miles on this vehicle. Bought it with 30K miles. Been great for 16 years. Car currently loses power and starts to stutter when I go over 3K RPMs or or over 70MPH. What should I look at??

Aside from checking for codes and live data, when is the last time that air filter and fuel filter were changed? Is fuel pressure up to specification? Have fuel injectors ever been cleaned? A clogged catalytic converter can also produce that kind of symptom. (Is the engine burning oil?)
