Hi Scotty,
What do you think of a used 2003 Toyota Camry 4-Cyl with automatic transmission and 190,000 miles?

I think that I can summarize what Scotty would say, "If it's in good shape, it could be a good buy. But until you have a mechanic check it out on a lift, you won't know if it is good - accidents, poor maintenance, floods, hitting too many curbs and potholes, etc. can make a car that looks good on paper turn out to be a poor purchase." Of course, he would wave his hands around while he said it!
