How to fix P1274 in my 2004 G35?

Hello scotty! I have a 2004 infiniti g35 with 140,000 miles. It runs good and I drive it daily. The only thing is that when idling the rpm goes up and down very slightly sometimes. It has P1274 and P1283 codes. Both o2 sensors I believe. I have replaced the maf sensor and checked for vacuum leaks. Should I replace the sensors first or replace my exhaust. It has exhaust leaks on it. I plan on replacing the exhaust either way because it's aftermarket but I just want to clear the codes for smog first. Thank you!

Exhaust leaks depending on where they are can cause oxygen sensor codes to trigger
