Hi Scotty!
I have 2004 Toyota Matrix XR with a 195,000 miles and I have a rough idle issue. The idle occurs only when the car is warmed up and its in drive at a red light or in park.
Here are the some of things I have done.
I replaced Oem Maf senor, Oem spark plugs, cleaned the throttle, replaced valve cover gasket, pcv value. I've used lucas fuel injector cleaner also.
The car drives great just a idle it has that problem.
Any ideas or suggestions!

Get a new idle air control valve (IAC).
