I have a 05 Pontiac G6 with 46,380 miles; bought it used from the dealship in 2005 (had about 1500+ miles); I do city stop/go driving, just ~2300 miles a year; all I ever did was oil change every year, a radiator flush, if needed, ac coolant charge; but I've replaced the sway bars twice; also replaced brake calipers on rear wheels, as well as brake pads, and those horrible OEM rotors.  

My wife won't let me trade it in and get a new car, just won't give it up. So, what do you recommend about upkeep, maintenance. I'm wondering just how long it will be before the transmission goes. Nothing lasts forever, but my dear wife won't drive anything hybrid, certainly not electric!
