2005 Toyota Tacoma 4.0 V6 Heater blowing cold when Idling

Just relocated from Fla to Min for job. My 2005 Tacoma (277K and still kicking) heater (rarely used in Fl) Blows cold air when at idle or jut parked but blows hot when moving. Don't know what the issue is... Help... it's cold out there..

It sounds like the mixture control valve is only letting hot water to the heater core when it's under higher pressure (driving.)  Check that, it's probably clogged or not opening correctly.  All my relatives moved from MN to FL to escape the -40 degree temps that cause door handles to break off.  Have fun.  Hope you own a snow blower.
