Buying a 2010 Toyota Tundra 200k miles

Hi, I’m thinking about buying a 2010 Toyota Tundra with 200k miles. It’s a regular cab with an 8ft box. It was used as a work truck for roofing but it has hardly ever been towed with. I would buy it off an individual. Went to go look at it and thought it drove very smooth and the guy had a lift so I was able to look underneath to see if there was anything wrong. I noticed a red liquid coming down onto the frame and was worried it could be transmission fluid or coolant. The guy saw the same thing and agreed. I asked him if he would be willing to take it to the mechanic to have it checked out. He agreed and it turns out it needed a radiator and it also needed rear brakes which I knew because I felt it on the test drive. The guy paid the mechanic to have those replaced and he also went ahead and did an oil change as well. He seems to be trustworthy and he stated he wouldn’t want to sell the truck if it had any issues. He’s asking $8,700 for the truck and the body is in good condition no rust, only superficial rust underneath. I would use the truck as a daily driver and to plow snow with. Is it a good deal? Thanks!

They are great trucks. Have your mechanic check it before purchase
