Scotty, I have a 2006 Chevy impala LT V6 with a bit more than 150k miles on it, its salvage, I have made most of the repairs on it with your videos, you saved me a ton of money and I have learned so much so thank you a lot, I have an up hard shifting problem, I have changed the transmission oil, filter, all engine mounts, I'm about to change the spark plugs and spark cables, everything but the shifting and the car is just perfect, plus when I breaker it feels like I had something loose that rolls to the front of the car, can you help me?

It's honestly probably your transmission going out and will cost quite a bit to rebuild. You can always gamble with a junkyard transmission. Best of luck.

Yeah with >150,000 miles, odds are it’s internal wear in your transmission.

About the noise when you brake, what’s the general area of the vehicle which you’re hearing it from?

If you can’t pinpoint it yourself, use this method -
