yes i just replaced my oem Toyota pcv on my 2006 Toyota corolla after 8 months and replaced with a new oem one but was wondering the  8month pcv i noticed it did rattle inside  but not to much but the new oem pcv rattled alot more and sounded looser inside but how can a 8month pcv valve start getting gummed up inside already the pcv hose is a year old and brand new there's no residue in hose or even on the 8month pcv but it just doesn't rattle as much like its getting a little gummed up inside already was wondering what could cause this ok thanks

Blowby is gumming up the inside of the PCV valve.  Just clean it out or replace it and keep an eye on your oil consumption.

ok thanks ill keep an i on it , its weird though im not losing any oil the level stays at the full line for 2 to 3 months or more or longer then i might just top it of again if its a little below full line and car runs totally fine engine sounds real good , its possible to it could be a Toyota flaw who no's . thanks

All ICEs have blow by.  The PCV system was invented to reintroduce the unburned blowby back into the engine through the intake manifold so it could be burned and reduce emissions.  It usually operates on vacuum and a spring and requires maintenance like most other automotive systems.  I usually either clean or replace the PCV valve at each oil and filter change.  The EGR valve is part of  a similar type of system system with the same goal, to reduce emissions.
