I drive a 2007 Kia Sedona LT has 165,316 miles automatic, codes p2106,p1295 p0638. It was bought used. The cooling fans kick on even when the van is cold. The temperature gauge don't go up to even half way. The OBD2 reader says its temperature is 189. But it wont go above that. Even after Driving 54 miles at 70+ mph. Every once in awhile it wont start either there's power to the dash n the dash lights come on.

The  P2106 is a throttle actuator malfunction. The throttle actuator controls when and how much air gets into the air/fuel mix. It could be either a mechanical or electrical issue. But it would send inaccurate info to the vehicle's ECM, which could account for some of these other symptoms.

P1295 is also throttle related. P0638 is also throttle related. So, look into the throttle malfunctions and the other symptoms might resolve, once the throttle is running as it should.
