I have a 2007 Lexus GX 470 with 195,000 miles that shakes around 40 ish mph when I accelerate. It feels like it is coming from the back but it’s hard to tell. Thanks.
What’s shaking? Steering wheel? The entire vehicle?

If it’s only doing it while you’re at a particular speed, I’d check the tires for balance, out of round, wear, etc.
If it’s doing it when you’re stepping on the gas, check the driveshaft and U-joints.
