I have a 2007 Toyota Yaris which has a blower that is not working. Gets 12 volt to the motor cable when disconnected but once connected to the motor it’s getting zero volts. Would that be the resistor gone bad.

Problem found today, ECU harness, one pin 🙁 was a bitch to find. had voltage but just wasn't making enough contact.

Odds are that the resistor is the issue. You can bypass the resistor and check the fan blower directly.
evening, Bypass is and still nothing, to what i see on the wiring diagram fan level 4 is the bypass, measured the resistor to manufacture specs and it measured correct. ever had a relay give up? i can hear it clicking off by not on. 🙁
Switch the relay with another one that is similar.
that one i seen before, I'll have to check the grounding again,
