2008 Chrysler Town and Country Limited Automatic Transmission Issues 106,000 Miles

My 2008 Chrysler Town and Country Limited with the 4.0 Liter engine has a 6 speed automatic transmission and I am experiencing some transmission problems. My check engine came on and the codes that came up where P1790 (Fault Immediately After Shift), P0734 (Gear Error Ratio In 4th), and P0792 ( Compounder Speed Ratio Error). Most of the time my transmission will shift perfectly with no problems at all. The only problem occurs when my transmission will get stuck in one gear while I am driving and it will not shift up or down. The only way to correct the problem is to pull over and restart the car and then the car will shift perfectly for a while before it will eventually get stuck in a gear while driving. What could be the problem? Do I need to rebuild my transmission? Is there an electronic issue? I have taken it to a couple of transmission repair specialists and they are not entirely sure what the problem is and how to fix it.

Find another professional transmission shop. You may have some electronic issue no surprise as a FCA product), that is messing with your transmission. To correctly fix that issue, you need to have a high level scan tool to check the transmission functions.

Sounds like an electronic issue.. silonoid, something like that.
