standard when i first start car it takes a while for it to warm up. it dies at intersections. after 3 or 4 minutes no problem. dont have the problem the rest of the day thank u

For your second question, V6 Lexus vehicles can last a very long time 100k miles is nothing just don't pay much and do your research on common problems.
